Represent Custom Cut on the job site each day as well as remain in constant communication with the Client for each project. • Once a new project is acquired by ownership, then become fully responsible for managing it to completion.• Develop, and monitor, a schedule for each project to ensure sub-contractor’s work is completed efficiently, and the project remains on schedule and on budget• Provide regular communication to clients so they are aware of their project’s progress.• Understand each project budget, and work with Custom Cut management to ensure each project is completed within that budget.• Provide onsite construction labor including carpentry, framing, demolition, millwork, etc.• Ensure the job site has all materials needed each day.
