      During my time at Miller Park (Delaware North Corps) my duties as Sous Chef for the suites included primarily providing upscale entrees for roughly 70 suites during all home games. Along with providing foods for those suites it was primarily my job to prep foods on the Loge level action station which could sell up to 150 entrees per game. During and after the Brewers 2012 season I also traveled to Lambeau Field to assist in their game time needs. Aside from the cooking aspect my position also consisted of overseeing and delegating other side projects to line cooks and monthly inventory. Show less
