  Doha power station is one of the biggest power stations in Kuwait, which produces a 2400 MW from eight steam units each unit with a capacity of 300 MW and I follow the following:• Organized and directed maintenance shutdowns for generator (Mitsubishi 300 MW) and its auxiliaries until startup.• Installation and testing of rectifier, inverter, and battery• Specified and procurement spare parts to ensure safe operation of the power station.• Participation in Preparation and execution of (REHABILITATION WORK OF STEAM TURBINES AND GENERATORS AT DWPS) to increase lifetime for generator and ensure safe operation.• Troubleshooting and rectify any defect during normal operation.• Scheduled and undertook periodic maintenance on generator, MV switchgear, LV switchgear, and UPS.• Developed process improvements to increase reliability and equipment performance.• Completed partial or full dismantling of equipment to quickly repair or replace defective components and restore functionality.• Managed and direct maintenance team.• Prepared cost estimates, spare parts, and project specifications for proposals.• Maintained generator and its auxiliaries to keep electricity networks fully operational during peak periods.
