  As the Recruiting Lead, I manage the recruiting department's efforts for all open positions within the organization. This includes finding personnel for corporate positions as well as contractors for various positions across the U.S. in a number of industries, including medical, technology, government, and administrative support. In this role, I manage 6 Federal Contracts at 5 military bases and DHS. This includes managing the employees and budgets, as well as liaising with the customer. As part of my duties, I also recruit and help onboard talent for all GCI contracts and corporate positions. In this role, I learned about project management and began managing Federal Contracts and the employees who work on those contracts. I managed 2 contracts and 10 employees at military bases. I also assisted with recruiting employees for all of the other GCI contracts across the US. In this role, I supported the contracts, operations, and recruiting departments.
