  A part of Project 'Unnati' and a member of the PR and Corporate team for the academic year 2018-2019.Under Project "Unnati", we helped the underprivileged kids of the society gain the knowledge of digital literacy, financial literacy and English language through self-designed course modules by hiring an entrepreneur, thereby creating self-sustainable Unnati Cafes. A part of Project Milan and the research team (2019- 2020). Through project Milan, we aim to establish several Aquaponics plants across Delhi and NCR to help the farmers with conservation of 90% water along with major cost- cutting.   During my internship, I worked upon two projects;The first project was titled 'Analysis and Way Forward Plans for Optimization of pH Values for Different Stages of Brewing at Carlsberg India Private Limited, Mysuru Brewery', wherein samples from different stages of brewing were collected and the pH values were measured at room temperature and possible deviations were recognised. Along with pH of water used, yeast pitched and quantities of rice, malt, enzymes and hopes added were also measured. The second project was titled ' Cost Parameter Analysis for Carrying out Chemical Processes at Carlsberg India Private Limited, Mysuru Brewery' wherein costs of chemicals used, power consumed, consumables and personal protective equipment was calculated and was used to find out the cost per month.
