      Line list all index TB patients for contact investigation. Weekly prepare a visitation plan and schedule for contact investigation. Carry out home visits to index patients to screen their contacts for TB.Symptomatic screening of all household contacts of index TB patients for TB during home visits (or alternative arrangement) in the Contact investigation form.Document the screening outcome in the NTBLCP Contact Management RegisterEnsure the details of identified presumptive TB individuals are entered in the Presumptive TB registerEnsure appropriate specimen are obtained from all presumptive TB cases and tested with GeneXpert (Use AFB microscopy where GeneXpert is not accessible).Ensure patients who are unable to produce sputum are linked to X-ray servicesEnsure all contacts newly diagnosed of TB are started on treatment and properly documented in the treatment registerEnsure all eligible contacts are commenced on TB preventive Therapy (TPT) and documented in the appropriate register.  Check and ensure the Contact Management Register is properly completedCapture all relevant patient level data on the appropriate electronic data capturing toolSubmit weekly data to the Contact Investigation Monitor and Community Mobilization Assistant Show less
