Assessing and marking e-portfolio and paper base learners work.I held a caseload of 20 - 30 young people and I was responsible for maintaining accurate records within the agency’s IT system in accordance with Platinum Training policies and procedures. My role requires me to deliver induction sessions, mentor course participants and review the young person’s progress during each term. To ensure that each participant is appropriately supported I liaise with other professionals such as schools, Connections, Probation, Youth Offending Services and the Local Authority. I also attend multi-agency meetings and contribute to the development of holistic plans to meet the identified needs of the young people to whom we offer a service. I work within a team setting and provide support to colleagues, where needed, both within the team and at other locations. Show less
