      Control all the activities related to sales and marketing; for example, sales, revenue generation, sales growth, net income growth, market expansion, sales team, retail market, whole sale market, price control, competition control, key account management, P&L management, Supply chain management, people management etc. The duties are as fallow:· Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.· To build an effective distributions setup both in retail and wholesale.· To expend coverage in the wholesale and retail market.· To expend both retail and wholesale channels and distribution network.· To increase product availability.· To increase company sales across the country.· To well-train employees.· To activate cities and provinces where company have no presence or have very limited presence.· To develop marketing & positioning strategies.· To train MRs, Supervisors, and managers on how to improve sales and work together in the interest of the company.· To appoint successful distributor in places where the company cannot sell directly.· Initiates and coordinates development of actions plans to penetrate new markets.· To effectively launch new products.· To make sure to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales target given by the management.· Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.· Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and competition in the market.· To have strict control on the sales team and make sure each sales person makes sales according to the company policies and structures.· Strictly control on pricing across the country.· Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by account executives· Control expenses to meet budget guidelines Show less
