      - I revived and restructured the defunct group by rallying 16 corps members; interacting, listening, and harnessing the strengths and skills to provide solutions and achieve set goals.By encouraging cohesion among the pioneer members, our membership strength increased to from 16 to 48. - I motivated the team to initiate and execute a major community project worth over N160, 000 within six (6) weeks which I coordinated and supervised all sub-group deliverables necessary for successful project execution and closed the project with an evaluation report and recommendations for my successor.- I initiated and established strategic relationships with the private sector and government stakeholders in the town to ensure the group’s sustainability beyond my batch (Batch A 2015) and consolidate impact on the host community. The group has since earned a reputation for consistent contribution towards improving education.- I worked alongside the leadership team in coordinating the activities if the group in compliance with the vision and mission of the National Youth Service Corps.- I worked with the Local Government Inspector to execute innovation and creative education related inititives within the local government area.
