  As a leader in the organization Ryan was responsible for building a platform for future growth while ensuring exceptional service to existing clients. This includes organic growth consisting of new facility builds, M&A and JV evaluations as well as implementing novel service lines to existing programs. Ryan oversaw technical consulting services and environmental regulatory compliance for projects in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Texas and Oklahoma. He oversaw all aspects of project lifecycle from permitting, construction, operation, remediation and closeout. Ryan implemented various treatment technologies which resulted in significant reduction of chemical spend on produced water recycle.
