A commissioning plan for utility projects includes, but is not limited to: o Budget o Staffing plan o Safety plan o Environmental plan o Training and qualification requirements for the commissioning staff o Construction turnover to commissioning plan o Inspection and test plans with associated procedures o Customer training plan o System energization plan o Reporting metrics o Internal and external commissioning reports o List of turnover documents for the customer o Contract specific commissioning requirements not already listed * Manage commissioning expenditures within the approved budget* Manage the commissioning team and ensure the teams are trained and qualified to perform their duties.
