  Undertook an internship at Biomoneta, a biotechnology startup which aims to eliminate airborne pathogens using decontamination technology. Synthesized a review paper on the factors affecting the droplet-spread and airborne respiratory virus viability. This research can be used to design and implement preventative measures to reduce the chance of viral transmission.

  Synthesized a review paper evaluating the various methods of inducing immunological tolerance in the body, including mesenchymal stem cells, tolerogenic antigen-present cells, etc. Collected, examined and evaluated existing papers to do so. This research can be used to prevent transplant rejection, treat autoimmune diseases, etc.

  BME Undergraduate Design Team

  Joined the BME Undergraduate Design Team program, which supports students as they work on healthcare challenges- involves making clinical observations, prototyping solutions and creating business plans. Our design team, KneeHab, is composed of 8 undergraduate students in the BME department. Our project focuses on the quantification of ACL recovery by combining external and internal sensor technology to detect novel metrics on an ACL graft.
