  I make sure software products are of high quality before they are released. This is done by doing an end-to-end testing of the products, making sure that issues and defects are found, major and critical ones are fixed based on risk assessment and the systems are usable. Continual service improvement is also done on already released products. I am a proactive rather than a reactive QA analyst. I do load and performance tests using JMeter and I majorly do manual testing than automated testing.I also independently tested a complex aviation project, broken down into micro-services communicating with the web project through an API Gateway.
