  I was a Microsoft technology expert when Synocus launched a technology. subsidiary: I participated in technical offering development with SharePoint technologies and worked as a consultant in pilot projects. I also did my Master's Thesis about the subsidiary launch. I was responsible for Synocus IT administration. In addition I was involved in several magament consulting projects and internal offering development.

  Sulava is focused on Microsoft Cloud & AI. Starting 2022, Sulava has been a member of The Digital Neighborhood group. Sulava was able to achieve the global finalist title in Microsoft 2024 global Partner of the Year Awards in both Copilot & Training categories.As a passionate technologist who loves to work with people, I serve as Lead M365 Architect with a special focus on M365 Copilot & security. My current main role is Copilot Tech Stream lead in our Copilot Adoption Service. This involves leading discussions related to data security, extensibility, and other technical topics with our customers, supporting our consultants by creating tools and materials, and participating in creating and delivering Sulava's Copilot Adoption Service. I primarily work with mid-to-large organizations based in Finland, Sweden, and the UAE.I also occasionally teach Microsoft official courses as a certified Microsoft Trainer (MCT). Since 2023, I have also acted as a Personal Coach for a team of Sulava consultants, helping them grow and succeed in their roles. I closely follow Microsoft 365 and Copilot updates and produce analysis for our Copilot Adoption Service clients.In the early years at Sulava, I worked as an architect in M365 migration projects, focusing on M365 technical infrastructure. For several years, I was responsible for developing offerings related to the cloud platform and infrastructure service area.Securing e-mail authentication against spoofing is a long-time favorite of mine. Together with DMARC Advisor, I have helped dozens of customers implement DMARC. Improving e-mail security also means shutting down local Exchange environments, something I have assisted many customers with.I am committed to leveraging my expertise to drive the use of secure Microsoft AI!
