  Worked as a data system's tech, repairing radar console equipment. Stationed on USS Reeves, CG-24, Pearl Harbor, then as an instructor on Mare Island, Vallejo California. Signed up with Advanced Electronics for 6yrs (early enlistment) right out of highschool 1/74. Great experience.

  Worked on Quicksim, Quickfault. Responsible for BLM (Behavioral Language Models) interface, written in C, Pascal, C++. Worked on products from the 6.x, 7.x and 8.x release cycles.

  We built shortware radios, 100khz to 30Mhz. I was part of the team to create the embedded code, interfacing to DSP based "software" radio. Also worked on ALE (Automatic Link Establishment) applications for government contracts.

  Thales recently purchased Mackay Radio -- We built shortware radios, 100khz to 30Mhz. I was part of the team to create the embedded code, interfacing to DSP based "software" radio. All engineering jobs are moved to England.
