      - Responsible for customer technical support (Fiat, VW, GM) and the hoses development through the rubber injection process. Optimized the resistance and use of material using software like CATIA.

      Reporting to the plant Industrial Director and leading a team of 6 direct employees including Managers and Supervisors and around 80 people in total, was responsible for the areas of new products and processes development, quality management system, preventive and corrective maintenance, operational excellence focused on continuous improvement projects (Lean and Six Sigma) and tooling management.Main achievements:- Managed the Quality System of Mogi Mirim plant based on ISO/TS 16949 requirements and the upgrade, in 2018, for the new IATF 16494.- As an ISO/TS and IATF auditor, was responsible to plan the internal and external Quality Management system audits, including the Eaton Quality System and customer audits.- Developed the long-term plan for cost of nonconformity (CONC) focused mainly on scrap improvement and maintenance costs.- Presented the best practices developed in the plant at global conferences. The plant was benchmarked and practices were implemented at other Eaton plants.- Responsible for the quotation process of new products. Managed the resources to develop optimized processes to meet the customers’ needs and ensuring competitiveness.- Led the Operational Excellence plan.- Facilitated the implementation of projects that directly improved the plant.- Managed the manufacturing process team during the new 6-speed transmission development for GM.- Actively participated in technical meetings with GM to facilitate the process of prototypes and samples development and production. Played an important role to improve the process by implementing internal and external tools.- Responsible for the investments control in the plant was able to increase the capital approval. Show less In the most recent position, reported to the plant Industrial Director and functionally to the Automotive Group Director in the United States, led a multi-functional team with 5 direct employees and 40 people in total.Main achievements:- Attended conferences to report Quality results and projects to the Quality Director of the automotive group in the United States along with the other Eaton group plants around the world.- Led face-to-face meetings with customers at plants outside Brazil.- Responsible for the Quality System management and maintenance of São José dos Campos plant based on ISO / TS 16949 requirements.- As an ISO/TS and ISO 14000 auditor, was responsible to plan the internal and external Quality Management system audits and performed ISO14000 audits.- Worked in Germany (Nordhausen) for 8 months leading a worldwide team to improve the Quality results and to solve a field problem faced with BMW. The project was presented at the BMW plant in Styer in Austria.- Supported plant customers taking into consideration their requirements and metrics to meet the expected results, including Fiat, Ford, GM, VWB, MBB, Honda, Scania, Volvo, Renault and Cummins- Led a Black Belt project to develop the valve process to the flex fuel engines.
