  Responsible for taking photos of events for campus newspaper stories and filming/editing packages for select stories to air on TCC's weekly student-produced newscast, The NewsFeed. Assistant producer each week for live news content. Back time, organize, and prioritize the news rundown and scripts to 30 minutes. Within the broadcast duties include: Tricaster interface, directing/TD, audio, graphics, and graphic animations. In addition, floor directing, camera, and occasionally reporting and anchoring. Designed all on air graphics for a consistent look throughout the broadcast.

  Primarily responsible for directing NewsWest 9’s hour long 6pm and 30 minute 10pm newscasts utilizing the Sony XVS-G1 switcher, Chyron graphic systems, ENPS and BitCentral. During 4pm and 5pm newscasts, operate audio board and/or studio cameras while always being prepared to fill in to direct those newscasts as well, if needed. Before shows I work with producers and other production members to add new production techniques to shows including camera shots, graphical transitions/stingers, story specific CGs and much more.
