Led the “commercialization” of the systems to be sold as an independent system when Allied rebranded their IT department as The Freedom Group and began selling their systems to other insurance companies. Performed on-site installation of system at client location. Design, code, test and document changes using COBOL, CICS,& VSAM. Major projects included the conversion of Macro Level CICS Assembler programs to Command Level CICS COBOL language. Lead programmer on maintenance and new development for the Allied IRS System.
