      I founded MOSAIC Consultants Ltd to help clients gain easy access to the expertise that is hidden away in a myriad of micro-consultancies. Over a period of just over two years I grew MOSAIC from nothing to a collaborative group of some 28 micro-consultancies representing about 60 highly experienced specialists with a wide range of transport and infrastructure skills. We delivered several highly successful projects for the OECD, ORR, and AECOM amongst others, and even won an award for Best Transport and Infrastructure Consultancy 2019 from SME News. However, success brings its own pressures, and in March 2019 I decided to draw MOSAIC to a close so that I could go back to doing more of the technical advisory work I enjoy.
