  Quality Engineer Trainee

  As a quality engineer trainee, I gained knowledge of various quality inspection criteria that should be taken into account while assessing a specific product. Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) was learned ensuring quality needs. Design Failure mode and effect Analysis was done on the products developed to prioritizing the failure modes on the basis of scales and thereby finding an appropriate solution to it. Quality inspection of the part involved measuring the dimensions such as Inner Diameter, Outer Diameter, Length, Depth, etc. This was accomplished using advanced measuring tools such as coordinate measuring machine, Roughness Tester, Height Master, Bore Gauge, etc. Similarly, the ballooning and drafting processes were comprehended. Documentation of the measured dimensions for various products was done and thereby Assessment sheets were made. Color coding for various materials were observed and implemented in the production cycle. A study involving metals was conducted, and research-oriented problems were identified. Show less

  I completed my internship in Cognifront which delivers industrial technology solutions to customers.In the starting phase of the internship I learnt about various python fundamentals and the application of it in machine learning also learnt about python ecosystem like (Pandas,Jupyter,NumPY,Scikit,Collab,Matplotlib).then after I proceeded to learn about machine learning approaches like linear regression, logistic regression, decision tree, random forest,KNN,K-Means,etc. we were also introduced to ML Deployment.In the Implementation phase I practice the concepts with case studies.Finally I was Given a Capstone project to implement the developed knowledge on actual basis There I build a ML model which could predict the House rents In a particular area using simple linear regression.
