He reviewed files, prepared recommended scopes of work, coordinated field investigations by two consulting firms, and reviewed draft Phase 1 and Phase II site assessment reports. Mike completed General Site Risk Evaluation (GSRE) forms at over 200 Equilon retail service station sites in Oregon and Washington. Mike was also Project and Field Manager for a UST system closure assessment at a closed gasoline station site in Port Orchard, Washington for the Department of Ecology. The project was funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Mr. Noll oversaw the UST system closure, conducted compliance sampling, oversaw the installation and development of groundwater monitoring and groundwater reinjection wells, and prepared a UST System Closure Report.
