He reviewed files, prepared recommended scopes of work, coordinated field investigations by two consulting firms, and reviewed draft Phase 1 and Phase II site assessment reports. Mike completed General Site Risk Evaluation (GSRE) forms at over 200 Equilon retail service station sites in Oregon and Washington. Mr. Noll was Field Manager for a Time Oil Petroleum Terminal site demolition and assessment in Portland, Oregon. He prepared a bid specification document, work plan, and demolition and assessment report for the project, and supervised field personnel and drilling operations. Mike was also Project and Field Manager for a soil assessment and cleanup project at a municipal water storage facility in Edmonds, Washington. The work included the use of an x-ray fluorescence (XRF) detector to screen soil in the field for lead. Mr. Noll was Field Manager for a former Time Oil Petroleum Terminal site assessment in Stockton, California. He reviewed historical facility documents, prepared an agency-required site assessment work plan, coordinated site access with the current facility operator, supervised field personnel and drilling operations, and prepared a Site Assessment Report. Mike was also Project and Field Manager for a UST system closure assessment at a closed gasoline station site in Port Orchard, Washington for the Department of Ecology. The project was funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Mr. Noll oversaw the UST system closure, conducted compliance sampling, oversaw the installation and development of groundwater monitoring and groundwater reinjection wells, and prepared a UST System Closure Report.
