  Being in this position, I created the Partnership program team. I mentored people who mastered the Networking courses and trained them to become part of the Partnership team, which is part of the Fundraising department. I also trained and mentored a new analyst for the fundraising department. Occupying this role, I also continued to do pedagogical work, training, and mentorship. Both interns and facilitators.Summarizing my entire career at Nobel, I can say that I created two effective teams, two successful courses on networking, numerous analytical reports, and a large LMS database for the courses.
