  As the Instructional Technology Specialist for South Eastern School District, it is my goal and purpose to facilitate engaging learning environments, both online and face-to-face. In this role, I seek to create active engagement in our Rams Online Learning Opportunity (ROLO) courses through the use of Instructional Technology, Universal Design for Learning, and Understanding by Design principles. Through coaching partnerships and collaboration with our SESD teachers, I seek to increase our impact on SESD student's future by preparing them for a world that values skills more than knowledge; emphasizing creativity, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills to enable our students.
