I have had the privilege of shaping and optimizing workplace strategies for top-tier organizations in the banking and financial services sector. My journey has been anchored in aligning real estate strategy with business vision, enhancing employee experience and delivering measurable business value. I conceptualized, designed and drove enterprise CRE strategy across 7M+ sq. ft. and 3,600+ sites, executing a ₹260 Cr. rent optimization initiative. I successfully led footprint consolidation, supplier rationalization and centralized operations, ensuring our real estate portfolio directly supported growth and operational efficiency goals.
