  I was involved in two projects during my time with Propak. One was a gas processing plant and pipeline compressor skid for Shell Petroleum Development Corporation. I performed drawing redline revisions and device verification as well as provided instrument and valve specifications to vendors as required. A shop optimization project was the other. Propak management needed a way to visualize where bottlenecks existed in their production line on a weekly basis. I formulated a method of analyzing the production backlog data to create a visual representation of how each production area performed against backlog issued to that area each week. This allowed management to visually understand which areas didn't meet or exceeded their production targets to help reallocate resources. Show less
