  Researcher on advanced materials for aerospace applications

  I worked 6 months in the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) in collaboration with EURO-COMPOSITES® S.A, a global player in the field of advanced and demanding composites products for advanced applications in aerospace, automotive and civil industry. Here, I successfully developed my master thesis developing a tool on ANSYS, which was able to characterize an honeycomb core made of Nomex® plus Resin using the micro-mechanics analysis. Hence investigating properties at the level of the individual constituents. During this experience, I learned how to work efficiently in an international team and how to handle the work performed for an external company. I learned how to write and perform periodical reports acquiring good technical communication skills. Show less

  As Head Growth & Scale at the Stellantis Venture Studio, I oversee the go-to-market, growth & Scale strategies for all the projects exiting successfully from the internal business incubation and experimentation phase, ensuring they accelerate to full potential and achieve significant market penetration. As the Global Lead of the Star*Up Incubation Program, I oversaw and directed the launch of the internal call for ideas, idea selection and incubation program for intrapreneurship projects. As Entrepreneur in Residence, I've gone through the experimentation phase of the Star*Up program transforming innovative ideas into viable ventures using an agile, lean approach. I identified new opportunities, led product development, and collaborated with teams for a successful go-to-market. By managing resources, conducting market research, and fostering partnerships, I drove growth and promoted a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. In this role I am coaching teams of the new Star*UP selected projects to guide them successfully through their incubation phase.
