  At this NGO focusing on women rights related issues I specified on food sovereignty issues such as the sustainability of collective and subsistent farming and problems with government programs on chemical fertilizers. As a staff at the division, I work with grass root women activists from local offices at various provinces of Indonesia. The scope of work is empowering women to organize themselves and advocate their rights through relevant educations, collecting and sharing best practices, and initiating common framework on economic programs and policy advocacy. At the national office, I also dealt with policy papers and knowledge sharing activities as well as press releases and press conferences.My responsibilities include writing policy papers, press releases, as well as activity reports, reviewing government policies, and arranging press as well as community engagement activities.Within the time at Solidaritas Perempuan, I also acted as staff under Media Team on Gerak Lawan - Social Movements for An Alternative Asia (SMAA) as The Side Conference of WTO 9th Ministerial Conference at Bali Island, Indonesia, November 2013.   The Institute for Crisis Studies and Alternative Development Strategies (INKRISPENA) is a privately-owned social research institute that focuses on social scientific research related to economic crises and their socio-political impacts on society.During my time at INKRISPENA, I participated in several research projects addressing issues of development and the working class. These projects included topics such as social protection and labor movements, the informalization of work and home-based working systems, and the roles of security actors in extractive industries. Most of the research conducted at INKRISPENA is carried out in collaboration with international partners, including the Asia Monitor Resource Center (AMRC) in Hong Kong, the International Labour Organization (ILO), the University of Nottingham’s International Law and Security Center in the UK, and SOMO (Centre for Research on Multinational Corporations) in the Netherlands.I was also involved in engaging with broader social movements at both the national and regional (Asian) levels, particularly concerning transformative social protection issues.
