  I developed the outreach and engagement strategies for the organization to promote female leadership and higher education. Within this, I liaised with key university and NGO partners of the organization, talent spotters who recommended strong women with leadership potential to apply, while also being the focal person for the students. In addition, I managed the student selection process, including reviewing applications, scheduling and conducting interviews.During my term with Wedu, I reduced the selection operation time by three folds, achieved a 128% growth in the number of Rising Stars over a period of 22 months and build key partnerships(see links for details).
