  sometimes become an Speaker, MC, Moderator and also ADR & Voice Over at several BGPOLSRI programs. My job is the same as the general event division. But for me, It was a valuable and expensive experience to be a Leader in this division, because I've learned a lot about how to be a good leader and how to unite various characters into one vision and manage an event to be successful with my team. This program is designed to equip the younger generation, especially Sriwijaya State Polytechnic students, with skills that can equip them to face the competitive world of work in the future. This program is a further step to improve students' ability to welcome and prepare for a better future. This Program is to implemented by the Bujang Gadis Polsri community is designed to use online media so that all students and students in South Sumatra can join and get some learning on how to develop and optimize their own abilities. The person in charge of the work program that uses social media to deliver knowledge through podcasts on topics such as education, social and self-development. And sometimes become an MC, Moderator and also ADR Voice Over at several BGPOLSRI programs. This Non-Proker which aims to introduce new members of the Bujang Gadis Polsri community who were elected after the Grand Final of PBGPOL to seniors and alumni which aims to strengthen internal relations in Ikatan Bujang Gadis Polsri As a Pubdok division, my job is to document activities, both photos and videos, as well as create designs for the BGPOLSRI Instagram branding. such as feeds, story and after movies. And we must design necessary items too. Being in this division makes my skill to use design and editing applications as well. Regulates, manages, and accommodates all BGPOLSRI activities related to scientific fields, empowerment, and development of Human Resources in order to support competency development and improve the performance of BGPOLSRI Management and Members, as well as educating the general public and continuing to spread grounded benefits in order to achieve organizational goals.
