  Major Program Manager – Mr. Snyder managed the Shell GESS 2010 Contract for Middle East and Asia Regions for AECOM from January 2011 to August 2014. The scope of work for this contract included a full range of environmental consulting services from Phase 1 and 2 ESAs, Risk Assessments and Remedial Actions to the development of End to End strategies that included estimation of the total cost to closure of identified site risks. As the regional contract manager, Mr. Snyder was responsible for client management, key performance indicator tracking, report/project review, project scheduling and performance reviews. Mr. Snyder developed and maintained program procedures through the development of a Program Manual, which was designed as a living document, being revised with the changes in program requirements. Developed program training courses using and incorporating the program manual. Standardizing program procedures and providing focused training led to increasing quality of deliverables, as tracked through quality focused KPIs. During Mr. Snyder's 3.5 years as Program Manager, the regional program maintained high profitability and increased quality of technical performance.
