  Working collaboratively with developers to ensure feasibility, I created prototypes for everything from sign up flow to landing experiences. Furthermore, I created pixel-perfect designs, designed/refined the UI/visual elements of the platform, and implemented them using my skills in front-end development with HTML5/CSS. This process extends not only to the consumer experience but the store templates, for both mobile and web, which customers us to easily get their online stores up and running.

  Collaborating closely with the marketing team, I design graphics and visual assets for upcoming social media promotions. I also work closely with the Associate Creative Director to build and refine HTML email templates in ExactTarget, as well as designing the mockups and prepping all materials to be delivered and executed for upcoming email campaigns.   I manage virtual item requests from Prepaid and App Teams as well as develop virtual item production strategies based on data. I also work closely with the PreViz Team and manage the tasks and schedules of out sourced 3D modelers. I manage virtual item requests from multiple work streams that include product, partnerships, business development, community and international. Furthermore, I maintain effective and collaborative relationships with colleagues from numerous departments, and act as the central point of collaboration with teams to execute projects within their roadmap. I oversee project workflow from concept development to completion among a group of 25+ remote 2D/3D artists. I have an understanding of the creative project lifecycle process and am able to judge whether something is feasible in the requested timeframe, as well as keeping budgetary needs in mind. Furthermore, I am responsible for scheduling, producing, and delivering work on time, and when not primarily in a design role, I execute occasional light production design / administration tasks. I create, update, and execute brand assets for Roblox partners such as Disney, Mattel and Dreamworks. These assets include splash pages, banner ads, billboards, and events pages for mobile, tablet, and desktop. My other tasks include capturing picturesque imagery from Roblox games for use in sponsored pages, designing and creatings GUIs and other 2D assets for Roblox branded and mobiles games. Lastly, I design and execute event webpages and promotional assets for Roblox.
