  As a this role at Tinkoff Bank, I had the privilege of working for one of the largest and mostinnovative online banks in the world with over 25 million individual customers.My main responsibilities were to design and develop e-learning courses for individuals' customersupport staff. I was in charge of the entire training course methodology, from gatheringrequirements to scripting the content.I also collected feedback from users to identify problems and further improve the product. During my timethere, I created and developed a startup aimed at helping "Blue collar" workers from CIScountries relocate to Russia.My specific contributions included researching the relocation market in Russia and worldwide,creating concepts for web and mobile versions of the application, and designing the brandingand corporate identity of the product. I also participated in discussions to determine the product'sdevelopment strategy.I also assisted another project aimed at improving the Russian educational system usingEuropean teaching methods. As a Product Designer at Domclick, my role revolves around assisting people in finding and acquiring their ideal homes while providing comprehensive support throughout the entire process.My role has been mainly focused on designing interfaces for the "Homepage team", but I've alsobeen involved in developing the "Domclick Guide" service from scratch.
