Students are also able to take the instruments home and have the opportunity to work with professional conductor, Richard Laing. Currently a finalist for 'Best Musical Initiative' in the 'Music Teacher Awards for Excellence' • Established strong links with Primary schools, which include various concert opportunities, and responsibility for running North West Voices; a choir for all students aged between 9-14 in North West Leicestershire. Providing various performance opportunities including with The Curve Theatre, Young Voices, Hermitage FM Radio Station and Coaville Food and Drink Festival. • Deliver full GCSE Music to Year 8 and 9.• Completed Middle Leaders Development Course.
