      I have learned pairing, slicing, dicing and julienning a variety of foods. I incorporate my knife skills in basic preparation and am able to create different ingredients used on the line for cooking. I have learned basic volutes, au jus’, and different sauce techniques that I use during my morning preparation. With the morning preparation and daily line cooking I use time management to finish my morning prep if I go into dining hours. Concerning food prep I have learned how to prepare different sauces, meats, appetizers and final dishes. With all that being said, I am able to incorporate the ingredients I’ve made to create a dish and have that recipe memorized. Show less
