      1. Schedules the use of all athletic facilities and student center in accordance with established policy and procedures. 2. Manages and serves as the coordinator for the events calendar which houses both internal and external events. 3. Manages scheduling and negotiation of contracts with external groups for use of the athletic facilities. 4. Develops and maintains policies, procedures, and best practices for athletic facilities and holds others accountable to follow 5. Management of the day-to-day operations of the student center and athletic facilities. 6. Responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of programming to generate revenue sources from utilization of the athletic facilities and student center. This includes but is not limited to fitness programs, intramurals, sports clubs, special events and camps. 7. Responsible for and/or assists with the hiring, training, development, evaluation, and management of all workers employed at the student center and athletic facilities including student workers. 8. Oversees the coordination of all internal and external camps hosted at the student center and athletic facilities. 9. Partners with Student Life and other departments to develop programs that enhance student wellness and impact student retention. 10. Assist with the development and management of the annual budget for the student center and athletic facilities. 11. Assists in the development of hours of operation or recommends changes. In addition, ensures adequate staffing for the student center and athletic facilities. 12. Assists the athletic administration with athletic issues as needed. 13. Provides GREAT customer service, anticipating and exceeding the needs of our customers. 14. Demonstrate and promote the University Cultural Values. 15. Perform other duties as assigned. Show less
