      Project management for Capital spending. Including reporting on budget and project spend, finalizing asset value and depreciation length and forecasting of budget spend and depreciation.Key Accomplishments:•Engineered the capital spend report which is disseminated throughout upper management. This report provides leadership with an overview of current project spend, and overall budget availability. This also provides transparency into the entire capital project process, including length of time projects are open, overrun, and other key performance indicators.•Partnered with a colleague to develop and maintain internal audits of the IT equipment management tool. Using a risk matrix audit, the IT equipment audits were designed to assign values to data in relation to the impact on the business. The process culminates in a quarterly review of the data, and comparison against the actual environment. These results are then reported to upper management.•Created the End-of-Life process to identify impacted equipment; extend, replace, or return that equipment as required; and ensure uninterrupted service to the end users was maintained. This process eliminated transitioning leased equipment to month-to-month contracts and verified that all inventory was properly accounted for. This resulted in approximately 60% savings of server lease costs.•Facilitated all aspects of managing departmental processes and procedures including Standard Operating Procedures.•Aided in coordinating in the procurement of new IT infrastructure. This would include software licenses/maintenance, and hardware purchases/maintenance.•Manage maintenance contracts with leasing companies to ensure all equipment has necessary coverage.•Generated regular reports to identify cost savings activity, cost inducing activity, and costs associated with the purchase of expiring leases.•Resolved billing issues and identify discrepancies with leased and/or purchased equipment invoices.
