One of the efforts is to continuing develop marine transportation equipment with high efficiency, namely by participating in the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge competition. Responsible for developing battery monitoring system and solar panel cooling system for competing in Monaco Solar Energy Boat Competition 2021.

  - Qualify strip test machines to ensure and meet mechanical and electrical release criteria into production.- Analyze strip test machine and pick n' place (DeltaMatrix) performance, identifying trends and discrepancies to meet Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets.- Create on-job training instructions for technicians and operators, focusing on line maintenance activities and the proper operation of test handlers.- Actively contribute to automation projects aimed at enhancing the functionality and efficiency of strip test machines (load and go for eliminating manual input lot, data log automation, and auto-teach using vision)- Design and develop mechanical components to mitigate unscheduled downtimes, enhancing equipment reliability and overall productivity.- Evaluate and fine-tune machine parameters to address speed losses and optimize unit-per-hour (UPH) performance, driving measurable productivity gains.- Lead and support investigations into low-tech device failures by developing containment and preventive action to avoid recurrence.Key Achievements:- Successfully achieved and exceeded OEE targets, reaching 86% for Cohu Jaguar handlers integrated with Teradyne uFlex and 80% for Cohu Jaguar handlers with Advantest V93K.- Led investigations and implemented solutions for critical issues such as package cracks, bent leads, and coplanarity defects, reducing customer complaints to zero and ensuring product quality.
