The site was constructed to link to the Federal Government’s SR&ED (Scientific Research & Experimental Development) tax incentive program. Acknowledged for exceeding Six Sigma Black Belt responsibilities in applying Agile methodology in partnership with IT. • Facilitated the customized introduction, execution and sustainability of a Joint Business Planning venture with key retailers for Canada Bread. Led discussions for the development of common goals, metrics, customer experience objectives, community preferences and ownership pieces in determining which products to highlight and where, at which store and during which season. • Enhanced an existing Six Sigma predictive model creation to aid with optimization of when to feature a Canada Bread product. The enhanced model incorporated business terminology and specific calculations catered to the bread industry utilizing a regression format enabling for key variables to be manipulated in comparing certain scenarios. The long-term intent of the model was to eventually house historical data and enable for scenario to actual comparison.• Led a product review for a growing protein channel for Maple Leaf Foods. Oversaw discussions between marketing, plant operations, product development, packaging, sales and finance in review of delivery details and customer ordering patterns by product; manufacturing and packaging complexity; packaging costing along with ingredient composition to determine the ideal portfolio moving forward. Achieved a packaging simplification outcome by 75% along with a reduction in product variations by 65%.
