      In my role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at EG I have gained experience and competencies within: • Handling end-to-end recruitment process: job advertisement, screening, search on LinkedIn and test interviews.• Recruitment within the Nordics (Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland)• Working closely with the Head of TA to ensure processes and strategies around recruiting• Projects I have been a part of: New ways of Working, Internal Talent Mobility, Referral Program and Digital Ambassador Program• Employer branding activities • Communication for our homepage, SoMe, internal medias etc. • Act as sparring partner with managers to ensure the right recruitment strategy Vis mindre Som praktikant i HR i EG fik jeg praktisk erfaring med store dele af HR-paletten. Som mit primære projekt var jeg med til at implementere en hybrid, new way of working. Derudover, var jeg også en stor del af implementeringen af et nyt HRIS. Begge projekter gav mig værdifuld erfaring indenfor change management og change communication, og inspirede mig til at skrive praktikprojekt om krydsfeltet mellem den praktiske change mangement tilgang ADKAR og de teoretiske teorier Lewin's Three Steps og Kotler's Eight Steps til at håndtere organisatoriske forandringer.
