  As a Case Manager, I was assigned to retrieve records which were due since more than an year. Case management included, record retrieval from such facilities, which were either permanently closed or were relocated. While working on this position, I retrieved records for more than 300 cases. I conducted various researches and followed escalation process in order to retrieve the records without any further delay. I started my job as a Record Retrieval Specialist and, I was assigned with fresh cases, where records were not due. I took follow-ups for regular orders. I retrieved records for about 200 cases in just 2 months. Later on I was promoted for the post of Case Manager.

We initiated research and development programs in early 2022 and we started implementing, by providing back-end support to local vendors, for scheduling delivery appointments. We analyzed the Offshore Outsourcing Market and concluded that we could be beneficial to various firms, by serving highly qualified laborers at affordable cost.
