Show less 1.0 Broad Mission:Supervises QA inspectors work to ensure that all process parameters of ingredients weighing, batch preparations, packaging standards and finished products parameters are conforming to the set standards. Responsibilities also include controlling inspection reports related to quality control activities carried out on production lines and reporting major non conformances to QA supervisor for taking the appropriate corrective measures. 2.0 Principal Responsibilities:2.1 To check production lines conformity to hygiene & safety standards prior to production start.2.2 Responsible for inspection of assigned lines through close supervision over quality inspection tasks. 2.3 To prepare a daily summary of inspection reports especially daily weight and dimensions control charts plus a summary of problems faced and troubleshooting measures taken to correct for any deviations from set standards. 2.4 To follow up Scrap movement & clearance and properly report it on daily basis. 2.5 To ensure a smooth application of inspection system and procedures. 2.6 To train subordinates and assist in their continuous knowledge and development.2.7 To report major deviations to quality assurance supervisor for corrective action decisions. 2.8 Responsible for proper documentation and report compilation.2.9 To perform assigned assessment studies and on line trials whenever requested.
