      These experiences were incredibly meaningful to me and helped me grow professionally as a staff member.As the Person in Charge (PIC) of the Protocol and Database Subdivision, I was responsible for hosting external guests and maintaining accurate records of both internal and external contacts as part of my core duties.I successfully established partnerships with third parties and facilitated the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), which served as the foundation for collective collaborations. This initiative was implemented through the Forum Database Work Program and official external visits.I also developed and led the “Forum Database Work Program,” which resulted in more than ten internal entities signing MoUs. Each was assigned to collect and organize data on external partners, contributing to a comprehensive electronic book.Finally, I compiled and released an electronic database book, featuring key external information — including speakers, experts, sponsors, and media partners — with contact details, fees, and general profiles.
