I, in particular, was increasingly using them, including smaller sites and platforms than these ones mentioned. I felt the conservatism of the real estate market still crawls around non-customized real estate, lack of quick access information, and a lot of bureaucracy. I decided to understand all this, how the platforms work, how they will be in the future, strategies for greater access, customization, engagement, collaboration within the digital transformation. I thought the course would be good, but I didn't think it would make me want to set up a digital development software and move to another country! Show less

With that, over time, I realized that those who implemented change basically managed projects, which are temporary jobs. There were those who did without planning and methods, and usually the confusion was widespread, failure was evident, and with that came the apology. On the other hand, there were those who did things by known methods, and usually made automatic by experience. I decided to specialize and get recognized international certification in project management. I changed my MINDSET from implementing changes and projects, it became infinitely easier to convince and execute. The results are bigger than I expected. Show less

Arriving at the company, looking at the financial figures, knowing that you are leveraged (in debt) for growth, feeling a cold in the belly because not paying the debt is painful. Look again, realize that you can still have tremendous success if the product sales are made quickly, without changing price and payment terms, nor teams. What to do? Try to help marketing and sales sell! But how? If the concepts are applied in practice, sales explode!
