  Responsible for managing, coordinating, and reporting all projects with budgets that range between $20,000 to $8,000,000 within the department. This included reviewing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and paperwork prior to initiation to ensure it complies with the company applicable procedures in order to add an additional layer of auditing before submitting to other entities for approval and funding. In addition, monitor the overall progress of on-going projects to identify off-track projects and work with each project champion to overcome obstacles and remove bottlenecks. Assigned as the department representative engineer for all the third-party projects (BI-21) between Saudi Aramco and its costumers where I was technically involved from Design Basis Scoping Paper (DBSP) to the execution and close-out of projects to ensure new pipelines systems integrated to Saudi Aramco's network are complying with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES).Assigned as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Operational Excellence (OE) process 4.1 (Design, Procurement and Construction) and selected as the best-in-class among all PD&T departments in the year 2021. عرض أقل

  Responsible for the initiation and execution of the Hydrogen & Green Fuels projects within NEOM, which include pipelines, refueling stations, and Eelectrolyzer research and development initiatives. The involvement start from early stages of the project life cycle such as pre-feasibility, conceptual design, FEED, all the way to procurement, construction and commissioning. In addition, manage stakeholders' expectations and perform risk planning and identification throughout the projects to ensure conflict resolution and risk mitigation plans are in place to drive Hydrogen initiatives toward successful completion. عرض أقل
