  As Operations Director my role included procuring new merchandise and designers, ensuring the store was meeting targets and earning profits, maintaining the overall image of the store, establishing an online presence through social media marketing, and working with the main designer on new merchandise. Through this role I managed a team of 4 individuals. I also operated as the logistics lead for our fleet of retail vehicles. Taking the Cuyahoga Collective mobile set up to multiple local and regional events throughout the year. It required attention to detail, inventory management between external setups and retail storefront, the ability to react to adverse weather conditions and unique set up locations, driving the retail fleet, and managing the team on the ground.Cuyahoga Collective is a purveyor of goods and objects for the home. Our aesthetic represents the roamers and the seekers by taking inspiration from the North Coast and bridging the gap between home and exploration. We highlight our in-house creative alongside makers from Ohio, the US and beyond.
