      * Report directly to Managing Director of Beijing Lufthansa Center complex, which includes a Kempinski hotel, a full service apartment, and Lufthansa office building; * Lead a marketing and communication team of 8, covering functions of marketing, sponsorship, digital marketing & E-Commerce strategy, visual design, PR & social media* Lead marketing and brand re-positioning efforts pertaining to the hotel's re-launch of 480 newly renovated rooms and re-positioning of the hotel as a European luxury and MICE focused business hotel through visual and content storytelling, media pitching, advertisement, road show presentations and series integrated marketing campaigns * Created a comprehensive marketing campaign for the launch of hotel’s new all day dining restaurant in 2018, promoting it as the European dining venue in Beijing, and successfully branded “Let’s Meat” Saturday brunch as the city go-to brunch for meat lovers * Lead hotel digital marketing efforts, tripled the social media fan base on channels including WeChat and LinkedIn; Significantly drove digital revenue and offline traffic through multiple online/ offline social media campaigns * Drive hotel CSR partnership in music and arts. The hotel signed strategic partnership with HeFeng Arts Foundation in 2019 on charity fundraising as well as the launch of Kempinski Concertini program, providing young talented local musicians a stage to shine within the hotel. 收起
