  Member Leadership Program (MLP) is a program under the Hispanic Student Association (HSA) at the UF focusing on leadership and mentorship. It enables personal, academic, cultural, and professional growth to empower future leaders. Through this program, members are paired with a mentor, who aids in guiding them professionally and academically. Coordinate HSA’s social media marketing with cabinet members, such as social media, merchandise design, branding, etc. Create designs for merchandise and maintain a vision for HSA's products and branding. Member Leadership Program (MLP) is a program under the Hispanic Student Association (HSA) at the UF focusing on leadership and mentorship. It enables personal, academic, cultural, and professional growth to empower future leaders. Through this program, members are paired with a mentor, who aids in guiding them professionally and academically. PODEMOS is a two-semester initiative for first-year Hispanic-Latinx students at UF that consists of an academic success program in the Fall and a professionalization program in the Spring. PODEMOS provides first-year students with the tools and resources needed to not only academically thrive at UF but to also successfully apply what they learn in the classroom to real-world work experiences.
