  At M&S I was responsible for maintaining the ambient stockroom and picking items needed for the shop floor to be worked. Segregating all the deliveries received was a daily task as well as keeping the shop floor looking fantastic. If any technical issues arose with the refrigeration systems it was also my responsibly to resolve them.

  At One Stop it was duty to ensure the smooth running of the store. I had the responsibility of training and hiring staff to ensure they maintained a high level of work ethics and gave a fantastic shopping experince to our consumers. The KPI's of the store were a major focus within my role, ensuring that the store kept in line with its projected profits, and to exceed those where possible. The store implemented a new project with the Post Office meaning that senior members of staff were required to learn all the functions of a post office.
