      As Detachment Chief, I led 28 instructors from different maintenance on and off equipment job specialties. While providing formal aircraft maintenance training for over 400 personnel annually. Oversaw 31 detachment programs, a 9 thousand square foot facility, and 7.2 million dollars worth of trainers and equipment. My detachment provided world-class F-16 Block 40/50 maintenance training to approximately 1,000 personnel assigned to the 35th Maintenance Group. •Solely in charge of Instructional Systems Design (ISD)/ADDIE process: curriculum development, final approval of all training materials and customer training needs analysis• Continual contact with senior ranking leadership on all aspects of maintenance training and instructional methods of his cadre of instructors related to unit's mission. Provided detailed assessments to leadership with plausible solutions. Customer driven support of all Maintenance Training activities for the entire 35th Fighter Wing. In charge of making all decisions and handling all employee schedules, unit budget, production goals and tracking/adjusting all progress to attain unit and customer needs•Managed full course set for instructors, validated teaching proficiency and managed all instructor schedules, student attendance and annual course reviews requiring full spectrum of course reviews and incorporation of customer and subject matter expert suggested changes•Final approving authority for mobile training team mission, curriculum, length of stay and instructor personnel/students ratio.
