  3DMD is a company focused on the production of physical models that demonstrate biological processes. From high school classes to the 2019 Chemistry Nobel prize winner, and all levels in between.As a production intern for the summer I was helping make sure that orders were being fulfilled on time. I was constantly problem solving issues related to quality control, 3D printing, the injection molding machine to name a few examples.

  As a manager of a scuba dive shop, I have a wide variety of responsibilities. I have to help run the retail side, which involves managing inventory and pricing. I also help organize and run scuba classes. In addition to these day-to-day operations, I have learned how to design, operate, and maintain an industrial air compressor and compressed gas system that is used for filling tanks.I enjoy the fast pace environment of the small business, where I am never quite sure what problems may arise from one day to another.
